A regenerating hand balm for skin worn down by rock and chalk.
Helps heal micro-injuries, nourishes the skin after training, and protects against dryness, so you can return to your next boulder, route, or project sooner.
TATRA
CARE

Hand regeneration inspired by the Tatras (mountains in Poland)
On my blog Najednejlinie.pl, I’ve described hundreds of routes-from classic Tatra climbs to Jurassic limestone. And one thing I know for sure: every climb leaves micro-cuts on your hands.
For years, my best “remedy” was… a cold beer after climbing. You grab the bottle, feel the chill on your fingers, and for a moment the burning fades away. A simple mountain ritual that worked as instant relief.
I still enjoy my beer—after all, mountain traditions must be respected. But nowadays, when night falls and my hands demand real recovery, I reach for Tatra Care. That’s exactly why this balm was created – to heal what a cold beer can’t fix.

Made in partnership with climbers and mountain enthusiasts
So I started experimenting with the formula. I sent the first samples to members of the mountain community, who helped me test the ingredients, texture, and scent. I made adjustments and repeated the process several times until I found the right balance. I wanted the balm to spread easily across the hands while forming a solid protective layer—one that genuinely supports recovery after training.
Finally, I partnered with a manufacturer specializing in natural cosmetics. The product underwent quality control, and I received a safety report.
Without your help, this product wouldn’t be what it is today. Thank you 🙏
More than the label says
We guarantee at least 17 g on the label, but in reality, the balm sets into a solid, dense mass. When poured into the jar, it fills it almost completely—sometimes even reaching the lid. So you’re actually getting about 21–22 g, more than the minimum promised.
How to apply?
- Scoop a small amount of balm.
- Warm it in your hands—heat softens it, making it smooth and silky
- Massage into the skin, focusing on dry areas and micro-injuries.
I use it on training days—at night—but you can use it whenever you like.
The effect? Soft, soothed skin, deeply nourished and protected from further irritation.
Who is Tatra Care for?
- Climbers – after climbing or training.
- Trekkers – after long adventures in wind and cold.
- Active people – whose hands endure daily effort and the elements.
- Anyone – with dry, cracked, or fatigued hands.
Tatra Care harnesses the power of nature and the insight of climbers—protecting, nourishing, and speeding up your hand recovery.
